Registration on 555ace takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number (10 digits, starting with 3, no leading zero), your email address and a strong password. Choose PKR as your account currency. Step 2 asks for your full legal name, date of birth and city. Step 3 requires you to accept the Terms and Conditions and Responsible Gaming policy. Registration itself requires only your mobile number, email address, name and date of birth — no documents at that stage. No. 555ace operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. If you register a second account — even under a different mobile number — both accounts will be suspended and all balances will be voided. You must be 18 years or older to register and use 555ace. Age is verified during the registration form using your date of birth, and is confirmed again during KYC verification via CNIC or passport. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited. 555ace takes underage gambling extremely seriously.
Visit the Login page and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number (without the leading zero — so 0300-1234567 becomes 3001234567) and your password. An OTP will be sent to your mobile to verify the login. Once entered, you are inside your account. Tick "Remember me" on your personal device to skip re-entering credentials on future visits from the same browser.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to it. Use the OTP to set a new password. OTPs expire after 10 minutes — request a new one if yours expires. If your registered mobile number is no longer active, contact support@555ace.ws from your registered email address for alternative account recovery.
For security reasons, mobile number changes cannot be done self-service. Email support@555ace.ws with the subject "Mobile Number Change Request". You will need to verify your identity via CNIC and confirm ownership of the existing number if it is still accessible. The process takes 24–48 hours. Do this before your old SIM deactivates — recovery becomes significantly harder once a number is no longer reachable.
After five consecutive failed login attempts, 555ace temporarily locks the account for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again carefully. If the problem persists — or if you believe the lockout was triggered by unauthorised login attempts — contact support@555ace.ws immediately with the subject "Account Locked — [Your Mobile Number]". Our team treats account security reports as top priority and is available around the clock.

555ace does not charge deposit fees. The full amount you deposit reaches your account balance. Some Pakistani banks or mobile wallet providers may apply their own small transaction fees — these are set by the payment provider, not by 555ace, and are beyond our control. Yes. IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer) from any Pakistani bank is accepted on 555ace. Settlement rules for abandoned or rain-affected matches follow the official result as declared by the governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). If a match is officially abandoned with no result declared, stakes on match winner markets are refunded. If a match has a DLS-adjusted result, that official result stands for settlement purposes.
