These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 555ace. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by everything set out below.

By accessing the 555ace platform at https://555ace.ws, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 555ace (the platform operator).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 555ace platform. Your continued use of any part of the platform — including browsing without an account — constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these terms.
These Terms and Conditions apply alongside the 555ace Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and 555ace.
555ace reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email address where reasonably practicable.
The 555ace platform is strictly for players who are 18 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to register an account, make a deposit or participate in any betting or gaming activity on 555ace. 555ace actively enforces age verification and will request documentary evidence of age at any point during your account's lifetime.
Underage accounts will be closed immediately. Any funds held in an account determined to belong to a minor will be forfeited. 555ace does not make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one 555ace account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. If 555ace identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be voided. This policy applies regardless of the reason for multiple registrations.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information when creating your 555ace account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), valid Pakistani mobile number, email address and date of birth. You must keep this information current and notify 555ace immediately if any registered details change. 555ace will not process withdrawals to a payment method where the account holder name does not match your registered name.
555ace implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals above certain thresholds are processed. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. 555ace processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
555ace's services are made available to players located in permitted jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that using the 555ace platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or placing bets. 555ace cannot provide legal advice and makes no representation about the legality of its services in any specific location.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555ace login credentials — your username, password and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 555ace staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
You must notify 555ace immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 555ace provides an OTP-based verification system for all withdrawal transactions as an additional security layer. You are advised to enable all available security features within your account settings.
555ace accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials, or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
All bets, deposits and withdrawals placed from your account are presumed to have been made by you, unless you notify 555ace immediately of a security breach. In the event of a reported security breach, 555ace will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of that investigation.
Deposits to your 555ace account are accepted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) clear instantly and are reflected in your 555ace PKR balance without delay. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to clear depending on your bank's processing schedule. Deposits are subject to the payment method's own terms and any transaction limits imposed by your mobile wallet provider or bank.
555ace does not charge deposit fees. Your balance reflects the full amount deposited minus any charges applied by your own payment provider. Check your Easypaisa or JazzCash terms for any applicable transfer fees on their end.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 555ace's payments team. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals to verified Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 72 hours depending on interbank processing times.
All withdrawals require OTP verification via your registered mobile number. You must not have any active wagering requirements pending against your balance at the time of withdrawal — if bonus wagering requirements are outstanding, the relevant portion of your balance will not be available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
555ace reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Withdrawal requests submitted on 555ace are typically reviewed and actioned within the stated timeframes but 555ace does not guarantee processing times in cases involving additional verification requirements.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a 555ace deposit transaction is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. If 555ace receives a chargeback related to your account, all pending withdrawals will be suspended pending investigation, and your account may be permanently closed. Any outstanding balance may be used to offset the chargeback amount and associated processing fees.
555ace's standard welcome offer is a 100% deposit match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 500. The bonus is credited to your 555ace account automatically upon qualifying deposit — no promotional code is required unless stated otherwise in specific offer communications.
All bonuses at 555ace — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free bets and any other promotional offers — are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific requirements for each promotion are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Where a wagering requirement applies to a combined deposit and bonus amount, the requirement is stated as a multiplier of the total combined sum.
Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Incomplete wagering at the end of the bonus validity period will result in the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited. Your real-money PKR balance is always used before bonus funds when placing bets.
555ace actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes (but is not limited to): registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets across different outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using VPNs or location masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions on specific promotions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses, associated winnings and account balances voided without notice.
Free bets credited to your account expire after the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Free bets cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used on certain excluded markets. The specific conditions for each free bet promotion are stated at the time of the offer. Free bet winnings are subject to a standard 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
555ace reserves the right to amend, withdraw or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Existing qualifying bets placed under a promotion will be honoured under the terms in place at the time they were placed. New bets after an amendment will be subject to the revised terms.
555ace reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its absolute discretion. Bets are only accepted and binding once a confirmation has been issued to you by the platform. In sports betting, market prices displayed at 555ace are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The price at the time of confirmation is the price that applies to your bet.
The minimum bet stake on 555ace is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event and account status. For major cricket matches including PSL and Pakistan international fixtures, higher maximum stakes are available for accounts in good standing. VIP account holders may request enhanced limits through the 555ace customer support team.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. For cricket, this means results as declared by the ICC, PCB or relevant national board. For PSL specifically, results are as declared by the PCB or the PSL official competition committee. 555ace will not settle bets based on media reports, unofficial sources or live score services where there is any discrepancy with official results.
In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or voided after betting markets have been suspended, 555ace's standard rule is to void all related bets and return stakes to the player's PKR balance. Specific rules for particular sports or market types are available in the 555ace Help Centre.
All live dealer games on 555ace are operated with certified equipment and trained professional dealers. Random number generators (RNG) used in non-live games are certified and independently audited. 555ace does not manipulate game outcomes. In the rare event of a technical malfunction during a live game session, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned, or the round replayed from the point of interruption at 555ace's discretion.
If a bet is accepted or a game result is produced due to a technical error, software malfunction or manifest clerical mistake, 555ace reserves the right to void the bet or game outcome and return the stake to the player. This includes cases where odds are clearly displayed incorrectly due to a data feed error. 555ace will not be held liable for any bets placed based on erroneous odds or game results caused by system errors beyond its reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 555ace and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially permanent bans:
555ace cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan and internationally. Any activity on the platform that 555ace believes may constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the relevant authorities. Player account information may be disclosed as required by law or court order.
All content on the 555ace platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, website design, graphics, text, odds data, game content and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 555ace or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any 555ace content without express written permission from 555ace.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 555ace platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence is automatically revoked upon termination of your account for any reason.
555ace provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While 555ace takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted, reliable service, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, server downtime or data errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555ace's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of bets placed by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 555ace is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or reputational damage arising from your use of the platform.
This limitation of liability does not affect 555ace's liability for death or personal injury arising from its proven negligence, nor does it exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.

You may close your 555ace account at any time by contacting customer support at support@555ace.ws. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding pending bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to the standard verification and withdrawal process.
555ace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, evidence of fraud or money laundering, failure to complete required verification, or at 555ace's operational discretion. In cases of suspected fraud or serious terms violations, 555ace may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned in full.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 555ace will contact you via your registered email prior to applying any dormancy charge. Dormancy administration fees of Rs 500 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period. The remaining balance will never fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees. You can reactivate a dormant account by logging in — no fee is charged for reactivation.
555ace may update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Where material changes are made — particularly those affecting your financial rights, withdrawal procedures or responsible gaming tools — 555ace will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the 555ace platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Bets already placed under the previous terms will be settled under those terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to 555ace's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 555ace platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with 555ace by contacting our customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of your initial complaint, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified under 555ace's gaming licence. 555ace will provide the relevant contact details for dispute escalation upon request. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
